Coordination of administrative-financial teams in Chisinau: accounting, payroll, and human resources,
Recruiting new members to the teams and ensuring a high level of training,
Ensuring the fulfillment of KPIs at the team level and compliance with allocated budgets,
Maintaining a high level of performance and efficiency,
Direct collaboration with clients in France and reporting the results to the operational committee.

Cerinţe faţă de candidat
Higher economic studies (accounting, management, business and administration, payroll, finance/banking);
Knowledge of languages: Romanian, French at least B2, English - B1;
Experience in accounting, human resources, payroll, finance/banking, management;
Technical skills: Excel; Word, Powerpoint, SAP: will be an advantage;
Experience working in an international company, with real growth opportunities;
